Alexandra Grace, D.O., M.P.H.
Dr. Grace is a board-certified gastroenterologist, specializing in colon cancer screenings, as well as esophagus, stomach and pancreaticobiliary disease. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Grace provides treatment for hepatitis, reflux disease, Crohn’s disease, GERD and many other digestive conditions. She also works with patients experiencing cirrhosis, celiac disease, gluten intolerance, IBS, pancreatitis and ulcerative colitis.

Concentrated on neurotrophin signaling in neural cells and repair of the CNS after spinal cord injury by preparing specimens, performing PCR and data input and compilation.
RESEARCH ASSISTANT AT UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI DEPT OF PSYCHOLOGY (2003 - 2005)
Focused on bipolar disorder and the effects of positive and negative feedback on accessing memories. Interviewed participants, compiled material and input date. Resulted in paper titled “Cognitive Responses to Failure and Success Relate Uniquely to Bipolar Depression Versus Mania” in the Journal of Abnormal Psychology, 2008, Vol. 117, No. 1, 154-163.
