Q:

At what age should I get screened for colon cancer?

A: Usually at age 50, but if you have a relative with colon cancer or polyps, you may need earlier screening. Colonoscopy is painless and often saves lives by finding curable colon lesions before they turn into cancer. Please call our office to speak with one of our board certified gastroenterologists for more information.
